PACES is a multi- disciplinary university research center located on the campus of the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) in El Paso, Texas. It is housed in the Geological Sciences, Computer Science, and Engineering buildings. The presence of PACES on the U.S. - Mexico border affords an unique opportunity to address vital environmental, ecological, and social issues resulting from the proximity of these two great countries.
