Senior partner and consultant to start-up water resources management firm specializing in innovative natural and enhanced methods of aquifer recharge. Designed, developed and, implemented proprietary GIS-based database methodology for integrating and interpreting large multi-discipline datasets used in recharge site location and development (patent applications in process). Obtained preliminary investment of $100K from national engineering firm (CH2MHill) for continued feasibility studies in south-central Texas. Co-developed legal methodology for development and ownership of “diffuse” surface water and recharged groundwater in Texas. Prepared portfolios detailing various business models.
