  • Enhanced artificial recharge strategies for south-central Texas: Feasiblility studies for sustainable recharge for the Gulf Coast, Carrizo, and Edwards Aquifers

  • Applications of imaging spectrometry to the characterization of air polution constituents within the El Paso/Cuidad Juarez, Mexico airshed (colaboration with Dr. Rosa Fitzgerald, Dept. of Physics, UTEP)

  • Effects of former irrigation and river channels on the horizontal component of hydraulic conductivity in downtown El Paso, Texas/Cuidad Juarez, Mexico (colaboration with Dr. Phillip Goodell, Dept. of Geosciences, UTEP)

  • Proterozoic sequence stratigraphy of the Mesoproterozoic Lanoria Formation (Franklin Mountains, El Paso County., west Texas)

  • Potential field geophysical studies (northern Arizona - southern Utah)

  • Utilization of Landsat ETM+ and ASTER imagery integrated with GIS for regional geologic mapping of the Apache Group and Troy Quartzite - southcentral Arizona

  • New Mesoproterozoic East Cottonwood Springs Formation designation / characterization (Franklin Mountains, west Texas)
